How does the 4th always seem to sneak up on me every year?! It’s like a blink and suddenly we’re half-way through summer! Today I’m sharing some of my favorite 4th-of-July inspired items. Red, white, blue, stripes (duh), all FTW. Plus, everything is classic “summer” vibes, so you can keep on rocking those looks well into the end of the season!

So what are your plans for the 4th? I think we will get out and enjoy the city – it feels like we haven’t truly gotten to enjoy summer in Chicago yet! First it was gearing up for Italy, then this week Tom is in Boston. So I’d really like to spend some time just biking and walking around this city that we love. It also doesn’t hurt that the holiday falls on a weekday – such a nice way to break up the work week!
