Guys I’m excited to announce the launch of a new, sustainable clothing line based in Paris, France called Les Sublimes.
I have to be honest here – I’m a problem child of Mother Earth. I do what I can, which primarily means using reusable shopping totes, but that’s only because they are cuter and more functional than paper bags. I recycle, so I guess that’s good too. But honestly, I don’t think I’ve given one moment’s thought to the fashion industry’s impact on our planet. I wish I cared more, but there is only so much room in my heart for these things. I’ll admit – when the backpack trend came around I was hesitant. I wasn’t sure the look was for me. I was fearful I’d too closely resemble the 7th-grade version of Kira who was often spotted sporting a mini-backpack. Not a good look for the 29-year-old version of Kira.
