F*YAH FRIDAY!

Who is ready for the weekend?!?!

I AM.

Why? Because we are headed to the Lakehouse for some much-needed R+R. FINALLY. I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve taken a weekend off! And we are headed there with Kelly and Mitch, so I’m looking forward to doing what we do best: sitting around, drinking coffee, talking talking talking. No seriously, we talk so much we get lost in our own stories. And while it’s not going to be quite as warm as these last few summer-weather days (hello heat wave in Chicago – please come back to stay!), it’s still supposed to be nice-ish and somewhat warm.

I had a hard-working and productive week. I even managed to make a coffee date with Maya and a lunch date with Kelly! I have a couple projects at work that are going full-steam ahead, and am finally starting to mentally prepare for our big trip to Italy for my sister’s wedding!

I hope you get to enjoy the weekend too, and find a little time for yourself. Summer is just around the corner and I have a feeling it’s going to be the best one yet!
