When it comes to trends, I’m pretty much willing to give anything a try. (Except the cold-shoulder look. I downright refuse to try that one.)
But the wide-leg pant trend? I’m tooooootally into that one. After years of the skinny jean reigning supreme, the wide-leg look is here to challenge her for the crown. I, for one, love it. Something about it feels very euro-chic to me. It’s got to be done right – otherwise it can turn baggy and frumpy. I’m finding I have the best luck with a tailored leg and a higher rise (cinched waistbands add unnecessary bulk). And both full-length and ankle-length can work. I love this particular pair from Club Monaco for their extra-high rise and thick cuff.
